Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist a Directorate within the Department of State by performing domestic budget and data analysis.

• Contribute to the mission of efficiently managing both domestically owned and leased facilities.

• Keep the organizational database and CMMS systems updated and well-maintained.

• Rectify manual entry mistakes and ensure dashboards reflect real-time visibility for leadership.

• Track outstanding action items and SOW requirements to ensure timely follow-up and compliance.

• Evaluate building-related processes to uncover issues and inefficiencies.

• Suggest process enhancements and facilitate their implementation.

• Set up and configure CMMS site deployments.

• Oversee Maximo site transitions.

• Confirm site location data from Archibus prior to the deployment of Maximo.

• Offer ad hoc, administrative, and special project assistance as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, (4) years of additional professional experience may substitute for the degree.

• A minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience, including at least THREE (3) years in one or more of the following areas: program operations, organizational analysis, records management analysis, space utilization studies, budget analysis, and/or cost-benefit analysis.

• Experience within the Department of State is preferred but not required.

• Willingness to travel: Up to 10%.
