This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analyses.
• Monitor labor costs, profit margins, contractor profitability, and client performance metrics.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow.
• Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoices, and contractor expenses.
• Analyze award rates, overtime, allowances, and trends in labor utilization.
• Support the financial processes at month-end and year-end.
• Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, tax obligations, and labor hire regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to enhance financial outcomes.
• Prepare profitability reports for clients and KPI dashboards.
• Assist in preparations for audits and statutory reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within finance and payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in management accounting.
• Experience in labor hire, recruitment, staffing, construction, healthcare, logistics, or industries heavily reliant on workforce.
• Strong grasp of payroll costing and financial analysis related to workforce.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
• Experience with accounting and payroll software.
• Familiarity with Australian labor hire regulations and awards (desirable).
• Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or Pronto (desirable).
• Experience with Power BI or financial modeling (desirable).
