
Managed Services Specialist – Telecom Expense Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct forensic analysis of telecommunications invoices.
• Manage accounts by acting as an extension of the client's team.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual meetings to various levels within the client organization.
• Present monthly "Performance and Opportunities Dashboard" and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to designated clients.
• Handle and manage substantial volumes of data in Excel and application databases.
• Navigate through carrier portals for wireline and wireless services.
• Ensure complete and timely processing of client invoices by capturing 100% of them.
• Conduct invoice audits, reviews, and approvals within the desired Service Level Agreement (SLA) for accuracy.
• Establish and uphold the integrity of telecom inventory for each assigned client.
• Provide ongoing external feedback to clients regarding savings opportunities and best practices.
• Conduct monthly and/or quarterly reviews of customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in telecommunications and/or Telecom Management (TEM) and/or Managed Mobility Services (MMS) industries, depending on the MSS level at the time of hire.
• Option for remote work from home.
• Opportunity to work in the office if preferred.
