
Managed Services Agent – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct multi-channel emergency and routine consultation assignments across various service lines.
• Responsible for receiving and prioritizing both emergency and routine consultations spanning multiple specialties.
• Manage workflows for incoming consultations efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee the daily workflow for patient rounding in an effective and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to prioritize and assign incoming emergency and non-emergency consultations for various service lines.
• Utilize established protocols, workflows, and the computer-aided dispatch system to assess situations and take appropriate actions.
• Assess the readiness of computers, cameras, and other related communication equipment.
• Monitor and maintain queues to swiftly prioritize and assign consultations, aiming to meet or exceed response time expectations.
• Exhibit service excellence by meeting and surpassing all performance metrics.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with healthcare facilities, physicians, co-workers, and supervisors.
• May be required to be on-call, remain available after the end of a shift, and respond to emergency situations at any given time.
• Execute all duties and responsibilities promptly and effectively in line with established company policies to support the overall objectives of the Clinical Support team.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional relationship with all departments to ensure an efficient working environment that aligns with the company’s mission.
• Keep immediate supervisors promptly informed of all issues or concerns and take swift corrective actions when necessary.
• Promote a positive team spirit and cultivate an organizational culture that reflects the company values.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment, healthcare, or IT is necessary.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and various communication and collaboration tools across different operating systems.
• Capability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Strong phone and customer service skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
