Managed Care Credentialing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as the intermediary between our Agencies/Facilities and managed care plan partners.

• Engages in strategic planning and initiatives related to contracting opportunities.

• Oversees the credentialing process for Home Health, Hospice, and Senior Living Facilities.

• Ensures adherence to all credentialing requirements.

• Liaises with managed care organizations on credentialing issues.

• Maintains an extensive database of credentialing documentation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration.

• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Proven professionalism and outstanding interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality standards.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Team-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with MS Office and Adobe PDF.

• Familiarity with commonly utilized credentialing concepts, practices, and procedures.
