Major Gifts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• The Major Gifts Manager is a vital member of the Midwest Development Operations team, reporting directly to the Prospect Development Manager.

• This role is accountable for enhancing the major gift fundraising efforts of two Midwest Business Units (BUs).

• The position focuses on achieving the program's strategic goals by developing and executing tactics for approved initiatives.

• Works in conjunction with the centralized Global Development Prospect Management Team to oversee, research, and prioritize the prospect portfolio.

• Facilitates and co-leads team pipeline meetings at least once a month.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree along with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in project coordination.

• Ability to generate reports and analyze as well as interpret data effectively.

• Familiarity with current technologies in the relevant field.

• Experience working collaboratively across various departments.

• Background, coursework, or training in the principles and practices pertinent to the field.
