Major Gift Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Promote SpringHill’s mission by developing significant relationships with donors.

• Cultivate, solicit, and manage major gifts ($15,000+) as well as mid-level donations ($5,000–$15,000).

• Oversee a targeted portfolio of donors and potential contributors.

• Engage in fundraising events to enhance donor involvement.

• Act as a representative for SpringHill at various gatherings and meetings.

• Work collaboratively with teams to gather compelling stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fundraising, sales, or donor relations.

• Outstanding relationship-building abilities coupled with high emotional intelligence.

• Capability to motivate donors through genuine storytelling and conversations focused on impact.

• Familiarity with CRM/database systems for effective donor management and tracking.

• A proactive, highly driven self-starter who excels in a goal-oriented environment.
