This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for designated strategic accounts.

• Build and sustain strong, enduring relationships with clients.

• Comprehend clients' business requirements and objectives, offering customized solutions.

• Hold regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

• Spot opportunities for account expansion and devise strategies to meet revenue goals.

• Suggest and present solutions that fulfill client needs and promote additional revenue.

• Work alongside sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.

• Create and implement account plans that align with the business objectives of clients.

• Examine client data and feedback to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.

• Track and report on account performance, delivering insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the effective delivery of products and services.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

• Address any issues or conflicts that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

• Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Negotiate contract pricing, structure, and terms to maximize value for both the client and the organization.

• Ensure adherence to contract agreements and resolve any contractual concerns.

• Keep precise records of client interactions, opportunities, and project developments.

• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth prospects.

• Integrate AI into repeatable, systematized workflows (e.g., reporting, analysis, planning) utilizing it as a standard practice to enhance efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• 8-10 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of managing large strategic accounts.

• Strong understanding of health industry-specific knowledge, if applicable.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Capability to analyze data, generate insights, and formulate actionable strategies.

• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.

• Team-oriented collaborator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Flexible and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong ambition to surpass objectives.
