Major Account Executive – FSI

📋 Description

• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts by creating a sales strategy for the designated territory.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft strategic, account-based marketing initiatives that promote revenue growth.

• Work closely with our Global System Integrators (GSI) and System Integrators (SI) partner community.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by comprehending their current and future IT roadmap to promote the Snowflake solution in the market.

• Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities alongside ongoing revenue streams.

• Schedule and conduct initial discussions and positioning meetings with Executives and CxOs.

• Manage the sales process and facilitate opportunity closure.

• Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and promote additional revenue opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of preferred field sales experience, particularly in data or cloud-related technologies.

• Significant experience focusing on strategic and complex customer engagements, collaborating with cross-functional account teams internally.

• Proven experience leading sales account teams that are aligned with customers at a regional level.

• Track record of closing seven-figure, multi-year contracts and developing strategic account plans.

• Ability to assess customer needs, present suitable solutions, and articulate business value/ROI effectively.

• Demonstrated success in transformational and consultative selling, strategy formulation, and conducting sophisticated negotiations.

• Experience in managing executive-level relationships and understanding the business drivers for C-level stakeholders.

• Alignment with essential internal departments such as partner sales, marketing, value engineering, and legal.

• Extensive experience working with large Financial Services and Banking clients.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
