This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide guidance to customers on the best practices for using and maintaining their equipment.
• Serve the Marseille area and its neighboring communities in Department 13.
• Act as a representative of Nilfisk in the region, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• A technical qualification at the post-secondary level (Bac +2) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical expertise and a keen interest in maintenance activities.
• A customer-service mindset coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and possessing strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing computer tools.
• A valid Category B driver's license is mandatory.
