This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Deliver and document thorough diagnostic testing along with repair or replacement services for customers.
• Execute maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Monitor and record all parts and materials utilized in repairs or replacements.
• Keep the supervisor informed about work progress.
• Ensure that the completed work meets quality standards and is inspected by the supervisor or their designee.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment for both customers and colleagues.
• A certification from a college or technical school in a relevant trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is advantageous, though applicable work experience is also considered.
• At least 1 year of experience as a service technician or in related fields is preferred.
• RVIA certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Possible exposure to heights and hazards associated with working with electrical and welding equipment.
• Potential exposure to various environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods.
• Must provide personal hand and shop tools.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and/or moving up to 50 lbs with the help of assistive devices.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
