Maintenance Digital Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global implementation of digital maintenance solutions at Etex manufacturing facilities.

• Facilitate the coordination of implementation efforts among factories, maintenance teams, IT, business stakeholders, and external solution providers.

• Ensure project delivery meets the defined scope, timeline, budget, and business expectations.

• Enhance user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.

• Assist with testing, site readiness, launch activities, and post-implementation stabilization.

• Serve as the primary business contact for maintenance digital solutions during both deployment and ongoing operations.

• Advocate for standardized maintenance procedures and best practices throughout the manufacturing network.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into actionable digital solutions.

• Aid in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of tools such as SAP PM, eMaint, SAP Fiori Maintenance Apps, Predictive Maintenance solutions, and emerging maintenance technologies.

• Foster strong relationships with Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, Engineering teams, Business Process Owners, and IT departments globally.

• Monitor solution performance, gather user feedback, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, Asset Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Operations.

• Demonstrated project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Strong comprehension of maintenance processes and best practices in maintenance management.

• Experience in leading digital transformation, system implementation, or multi-site deployment projects.

• Capability to manage stakeholders across various functions, locations, and cultural backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Analytical mindset focused on delivering business value.

• Interest in technology and innovation paired with a practical business-oriented perspective.

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
