Machine Learning Intern, Autonomy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and develop algorithms for image processing and computer vision focused on 2D and 3D scene segmentation.

• Create effective experiments and strategies to identify and analyze model performance challenges in long-tail scenarios.

• Investigate Deep Learning models and frameworks to enhance the performance capabilities of our existing system, including exploring approaches within the active learning domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Experience in working with machine learning systems, particularly in the realms of computer vision and deep learning.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep-learning frameworks like PyTorch.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously.

• A positive mindset and readiness to handle a variety of tasks as needed.
