• Engage in a multidisciplinary expert network aimed at progressing frontier AI.

• Collaborate on chosen AI/ML projects with Scale AI and its associated labs and platforms.

• Establish AI safety and policy frameworks.

• Design, assess, and enhance PyTorch models.

• Analyze complex ML code and AI-generated solutions for efficiency and accuracy.

• Assess AI models and devise experiments.

• Develop reinforcement-learning environments.

• Co-author technical reports and research papers alongside Scale’s research team.

• Regularly get matched to select partner projects.

• Discuss your research experiences, professional history, and alignment with our mission during the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD or postdoctoral research experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related discipline; alternatively, significant industry experience in Machine Learning or a related area.

• Strong expertise in Python and contemporary ML frameworks, including PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Experience using MLOps tools like Docker.

• Knowledge of LLM frameworks such as LangChain is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented and innovative thinker with a passion for applied AI research and a dedication to teamwork.

• Must possess or independently secure full-time work authorization in your country of residence.

• Scale AI does not provide visa sponsorship for Fellows.
