Machine Learning Engineer – Personalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Participate in the design, scaling/building, assessment, integration, deployment, and enhancement of reward signals for recommendations.

• Spearhead collaborative efforts and ensure alignment within Personalization to incorporate and A/B test mid-term signals across various recommendation systems.

• Advocate for and exemplify best practices in the development, testing, and evaluation of machine learning systems.

• You possess a background in machine learning.

• You enjoy translating theoretical concepts into practical applications.

• You have experience in statistics and optimization.

• You have hands-on experience with large, cross-collaborative machine learning projects.

• You are skilled in managing stakeholders.

• You have practical experience in implementing production machine learning systems at scale using Java, Scala, Python, or similarly capable languages.

• You have experience with large-scale, distributed data processing frameworks/tools such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or equivalents.

• You are committed to agile software methodologies, data-driven development, reliability, and disciplined experimentation.
