This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Create, develop, and implement machine learning models—including generative AI models—to solve intricate business challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to preprocess, clean, and analyze both structured and unstructured data for integration into ML pipelines.
• Adjust and enhance models for precision, efficiency, and scalability in production settings.
• Partner with MLOps Engineers to facilitate seamless deployment, monitoring, and upkeep of ML models.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies, applying them as appropriate.
• Foster a collaborative engineering environment by sharing insights, engaging in code reviews, and supporting team initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• A total of 3 years of experience.
• Practical experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and spaCy.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with generative AI is an advantage.
