This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable machine learning models that enhance and automate logistics processes for our clients.

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, encompassing problem identification, data analysis, model implementation, and monitoring in a production setting.

• Collaborate extensively with engineering teams to ensure ML initiatives align with customer requirements and deliver features that generate business value.

• Act as a technical leader and mentor in the ML domain, reviewing code and ensuring adherence to best practices regarding reproducibility, quality, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level in constructing and deploying machine learning models in production settings.

• Proficient in designing scalable data pipelines and handling large-scale datasets.

• Strong programming skills in Python with familiarity in ML frameworks (such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data processing tools (like Pandas, Spark).

• Capable of guiding and unblocking team members by providing insightful code reviews and architectural recommendations.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools is an advantage.
