Machine Learning – AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Champion the integration of AI throughout the organization.

• Work in close collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer, Data Science team, and other departments.

• Design, train, assess, and refine machine learning and deep learning models.

• Construct and validate generative AI solutions.

• Implement data pipelines, conduct feature engineering, and develop model evaluation workflows.

• Deploy, oversee, and sustain machine learning models in a production environment.

• Ensure that all AI/ML solutions comply with quality, explainability, regulatory, and performance standards.

• Offer strategic guidance on AI/ML strategy, governance, and best practices for delivery.

• Ensure compliance with security, ethical AI, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Generate and maintain documentation related to AI and Machine Learning processes and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, machine learning, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in creating machine learning and deep learning models using Python.

• Experience in developing applications based on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture.

• Strong software engineering expertise, including proficiency in Git, CI/CD, Docker, and API development.

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure ML, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including explainability, fairness, privacy, and compliance with regulations.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated success in delivering AI/ML solutions within a production setting.
