MA Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional and impactful virtual therapy utilizing evidence-based methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Leverage our advanced collaboration portal to engage with students, offering them the necessary support.

• Collaborate closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure integrated care.

• Keep timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions to maintain continuity of care.

• Work alongside our administrative support team to enhance student care from initial outreach through resource allocation.

• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient situations to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Become proficient in our distinctive care model, enabling effective support for college students while continuously improving your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in MA. Multi-state licensure is a plus, as we operate across all 50 states.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Ability to perform comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes along with clear diagnostic assessments.

• Skillfully integrate conceptual insights with suitable treatment strategies.

• Capable of treating a diverse group of students with respect and empathy.

• Effectively identify and manage escalating risk situations.

• Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a quality video camera and a reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual therapy.
