This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
β’ The M&A Integrations Manager is tasked with overseeing individual integrations as a hands-on project manager while providing support to the VP across the wider portfolio.
β’ Lead integration workstreams that span multiple functions and hold stakeholders accountable for meeting timelines.
β’ Generate weekly executive status reports.
β’ Take ownership of tangible outcomes from the outset, assume various roles, and contribute to the scaling of Orion's integration playbook.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management, management consulting, transaction services, audit, or a related analytical field, preferably with Big 4, MBB, or similar professional services experience.
β’ Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects or workstreams while meeting deadlines.
β’ A solid foundation in finance or accounting. Comfortable with financial statement analysis and engaging with finance leaders regarding closing processes, reporting, and system-related topics.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), AI platforms (Claude or ChatGPT), and project management tools; familiarity with monday.com or a similar platform is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with effective stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Willing to travel to operating companies as part of the integration process.
β’ Travel of over 50% to operating companies as part of the integration process.
