M&A Integrations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• The M&A Integrations Manager is tasked with overseeing individual integrations as a hands-on project manager while providing support to the VP across the wider portfolio.

• Lead integration workstreams that span multiple functions and hold stakeholders accountable for meeting timelines.

• Generate weekly executive status reports.

• Take ownership of tangible outcomes from the outset, assume various roles, and contribute to the scaling of Orion's integration playbook.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management, management consulting, transaction services, audit, or a related analytical field, preferably with Big 4, MBB, or similar professional services experience.

• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects or workstreams while meeting deadlines.

• A solid foundation in finance or accounting. Comfortable with financial statement analysis and engaging with finance leaders regarding closing processes, reporting, and system-related topics.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), AI platforms (Claude or ChatGPT), and project management tools; familiarity with monday.com or a similar platform is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with effective stakeholder management abilities.

• Willing to travel to operating companies as part of the integration process.
