M&A Integration Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete integration delivery for acquisitions from post-close to full integration.

• Collaborate during the diligence phase to evaluate operational impacts, risks, and integration needs.

• Create and implement integration plans, timelines, and milestones, including phased strategies for offering integration.

• Define and oversee interim, transitional, and future-state integration stages.

• Ensure Day 1 preparedness, maintaining operational continuity, compliance, and alignment with customer experience.

• Coordinate with GTM, Product, Strategy, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams.

• Act as a representative for CTS within core working teams and functional workstreams, ensuring cohesive integration execution.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and decision-making points throughout integration activities.

• Ensure consistency between interim solutions and long-term system and process integration strategies.

• Monitor and manage integration progress, milestones, and overall execution health.

• Assist in transitioning from manual or temporary processes to scalable, system-enabled solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, M&A integration, or complex operations delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong skills in problem-solving, planning, and execution.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
