M365 Cloud Governance Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• This position is responsible for spearheading comprehensive corporate efficiency diagnostics and governance transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

• The primary emphasis is on detecting, measuring, and eradicating operational inefficiencies, governance deficiencies, and risk exposure within M365 and multi-tenant ecosystems.

• Facilitate the establishment of OKRs and achieve executive consensus on transformation priorities.

• Supervise the complete M365 and multi-tenant governance architecture, which includes tenant configurations and inter-tenant dependencies.

• Ensure the integration of Privacy-by-design, Security-by-design, and Data-by-design principles into processes.

• Convert diagnostic findings into strategic executive decisions and investment priorities.

• Offer advisory services at the board level concerning governance, risk management, and sequencing of transformation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• ISO/IEC 27001 Certified Lead Auditor (mandatory)

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate efficiency or operational optimization programs

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise governance and transformation efforts

• Demonstrated leadership in Data governance and M365 platform transformation

• Proven experience in Multi-tenant governance frameworks

• Established leadership in operational diagnostics and process re-engineering

• Strong capabilities in executive facilitation and communication at the board level.
