M365 Architect – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on the consolidation of various Microsoft 365 tenants into a unified enterprise tenant as a result of M&A activities.

• Lead the strategic deployment and integration of Microsoft Copilot throughout the enterprise workforce.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

• Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to offer consulting, architecture recommendations, and migration strategies.

• Assess risk factors, technical dependencies, and best practices for digital workplace transformations at the enterprise level.

• Report directly to the Engagement Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in scoping, planning, and executing M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations fueled by mergers and acquisitions.

• Extensive expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly in Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

• Hands-on experience in driving enterprise rollouts and adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot.

• Outstanding client-facing skills and strategic advisory capabilities.

• Experience serving as a trusted consultant to senior leadership.

• Background in the industry or previous engagement experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences is a plus.

• Familiarity with additional generative AI tools and capabilities such as Claude or Gemini is desirable.
