• Transform qualified leads into confirmed bookings through effective consultative selling.
• Communicate confidently with international clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Create and quote luxury safari itineraries, primarily focusing on South African destinations.
• Oversee the entire booking process from inquiry to confirmation.
• Collaborate with lodges, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Keep precise records, quotes, and client communications in internal systems.
• Provide exceptional service while managing multiple inquiries at once.
• Strong sales skills with a demonstrated history or a clear sales-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems and tools.
• Confident speaking with clients over the phone.
• Capable of multitasking and efficiently handling a high-volume workload.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote work setting.
• Familiarity with Sabi Sands Game Reserve and Kruger National Park (lodging, routing, and logistics).
• Recent experience in sales within the travel or safari sector.
• Understanding of luxury lodge operations and travel planning in South Africa.
