📋 Description

• Collaborate with Senior Advisors to deliver strategic oversight in managing a portfolio of prestigious luxury clients.

• Assist in crafting and fine-tuning personalized itineraries that align with members’ tastes and lifestyles.

• Coordinate reservations and logistics across private villas, luxury accommodations, transportation, and curated experiences.

• Act as the primary liaison during the travel planning and execution phases, ensuring consistent, personalized communication.

• Stay updated on the luxury travel market, emerging destinations, and industry trends.

• Manage multiple trips simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Contribute to process enhancements and team collaboration to elevate the member travel experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in luxury travel advisory or a comparable role within the travel industry.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-net-worth clients while providing outstanding customer service.

• Strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple projects and trips at the same time.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for fostering and maintaining client relationships.

• Proficient in CRM systems and knowledgeable about luxury travel booking platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of luxury accommodations, private villas, premium air travel, and exclusive experiences.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, primarily within the Eastern Time Zone.

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a proactive attitude.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Sabre GDS, Salesforce, or other travel technology systems.
