This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic planning, management, and scalable development of Meta and Google campaigns within the premium D2C sector.

• Accurate targeting of a high-spending, discerning audience with a distinct premium positioning.

• Independent oversight of substantial ad budgets, emphasizing profitability, new-customer ROAS, and sustainable growth.

• Design and continuous enhancement of high-quality funnel structures, including conversion-oriented, mobile-optimized landing pages.

• Close collaboration with the creative team and founders to create high-performing static and video advertisements.

• KPI-driven analysis and data-oriented optimization throughout the entire customer journey in the premium segment.

• Continuous experimentation with creatives, hooks, and audiences while upholding brand aesthetics and positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of substantial experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google) for high-ticket D2C brands — we specifically seek candidates with a background in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior design, etc. No mass-market or discount experience.

• Proven success in scaling within the luxury or premium segment.

• Profound understanding of the psychology of affluent audiences and their decision-making processes.

• Proficient in independently managing and profitably scaling larger ad budgets.

• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of KPIs, ROAS, and funnel dynamics.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, loyalty, and a positive attitude.
