Luganda OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uganda.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner while taking precise notes.

• Ensure all messages are delivered accurately and comprehensively.

• Enable communication between clients and those with limited English proficiency.

• Adhere to internal training and industry standards of practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Luganda and English is essential.

• Relevant professional experience in OPI/VRI interpreting is required.

• Familiarity with healthcare and medical terminology is necessary.

• Must meet technical specifications for a home office setup, including high-speed internet and equipment requirements.

• Adherence to a professional dress code and the interpreter’s code of conduct is mandatory.
