This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create intricate reports and dashboards that monitor LTSS & Dual Program KPIs and metrics associated with patient care, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.

• Employ statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, predict results, and generate actionable insights.

• Design, develop, enhance, and refresh dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.

• Evaluate operational processes to pinpoint opportunities for optimization, cost savings, case manager effectiveness, and enhanced patient experiences.

• Propose strategies for boosting operational efficiency and implementing workflow modifications.

• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and completeness through robust data governance practices.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to source and integrate data from various systems.

• Develop scalable reporting solutions for LTSS & Dual Program and efficient database systems.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ascertain data needs.

• Create ETL solutions for automated scheduled data updates and timely report delivery.

• Develop and implement Power BI dashboards that equip leadership with actionable insights for business decisions.

• Convert quantitative and qualitative analyses into usable data for departmental leaders.

• Construct analytical tools employing data pipelines to deliver business performance metrics, historical trends, and benchmarks.

• Identify and execute internal process enhancements, automate manual tasks, and optimize data delivery.

• Conduct complex data analyses to resolve critical business inquiries.

• Present findings in an accessible, engaging, and impactful executive-level format.

• Formulate cross-functional strategic plans for complex data solutions.

• Collect and analyze data, document business requirements, suggest technology needs, review functional specifications, and test relevant systems.

• Develop, document, and conduct testing and validation processes.

• Analyze and clarify complex data relationships to respond to business inquiries.

• Establish, implement, and uphold team coding standards.

• Lead and engage in complex data transformation and visualization projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as requested.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is required, or equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with ETL, BI, and database solutions is required.

• Experience in translating business requirements is essential.

• Extensive experience in data analysis is required.

• Advanced expertise in data modeling, business intelligence tools, and process optimization strategies is needed.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and Power BI is mandatory.

• Exceptional analytical skills for resolving multi-dimensional problems and creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proven graphic development and strong presentation skills.

• Significant skill in building analytical tools that leverage data pipelines.

• Advanced capability in performing root cause analysis.

• Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts; experience with AI or ML is preferred.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Proven track record of influencing key decision-making across various functional areas.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Relevant experience in healthcare or LTSS and/or Dual Eligible reporting is preferred.

• Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data/report regulations is preferred.

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in Tableau, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Databricks, Data Engineering, Power BI, Python, or related fields are preferred.

• General office environment; may necessitate sitting or standing for extended periods.

• Travel is generally not required.
