LSAT Prep Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Experienced in tutoring using the Socratic method and passionate about assisting students in enhancing their critical thinking abilities.

• Facilitate online tutoring sessions through Upswing's virtual classroom, utilizing video, audio, chatbox, and a whiteboard.

• Available to tutor between Sunday to Thursday, from 6 PM to 10 PM CST / 5 PM to 9 PM EST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Subject matter expert, or possess advanced knowledge acquired through an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or relevant professional experience in physics.

• Must have access to dependable, high-speed internet, a quiet and distraction-free space for conducting tutorials, and a reliable laptop or desktop equipped with a camera and microphone.

• Achieved outstanding grades during undergraduate or graduate studies.

• Passionate about teaching others, assisting individuals in overcoming challenges, and committed to helping others achieve their objectives.

• Available to tutor at least 2-5 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters.

• A background in teaching methodologies, instructional techniques, or experience tutoring at the college level is strongly preferred.

• Promptly responds to session requests.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
