This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Management of inbound calls and patient engagement.
• Promptly responding to all incoming patient inquiries through phone, email, or live chat.
• Making outbound calls to patients as required.
• Assisting in the triage of a patient’s clinical issues and connecting patients with a member of the Triage Nurse team without delay.
• Reviewing and handling various patient-centered ancillary tasks, which include reviewing and transcribing medical records, sourcing additional patient resources, and resolving urgent matters related to patient accounts.
• Providing support to the Provider Relations Specialists team as necessary with communication between patients and providers.
• Aiding the Triage Nurse team and Pharmacy Technicians in gathering the essential information needed for triage assistance and medication refills.
• Obtaining and transmitting record requests via fax, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensuring timely responses to incoming calls and additional patient inquiries via email or live chat (evaluated on both team and individual levels).
• A current active, compact LPN/LVN license.
• Demonstrated excellence in adhering to established clinical protocols and procedures.
• Ability to adapt and switch tasks effectively.
• A willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Provision of all necessary equipment.
