LPC / LCSW / LMFT – Telehealth Positions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Be a part of our growth as we enhance our online counseling platform. You bring the clinical knowledge, and we handle the rest.

• Facilitate virtual counseling sessions for individuals, groups, families, and teens through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

• Perform thorough assessments, create customized treatment plans, and offer medication management services for clients as necessary.

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline, along with current state licensure.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth environment.

• Proficient clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and technology for virtual counseling sessions.
