This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the main advocate and concierge for a selection of premier players.
• Make outbound calls to connect with players, provide reassurance, and collect feedback.
• Act as the expert for all player inquiries related to rewards, loyalty programs, and account benefits.
• Oversee and facilitate withdrawal requests for your players.
• Leverage your understanding of player preferences to design and deliver tailored rewards and incentives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure player feedback is acknowledged and their specific needs are addressed.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate confidently and empathetically over the phone and in writing.
• Demonstrate pride in taking ownership of a problem from inception to resolution.
• Enjoy transforming a routine interaction into a memorable experience by going the extra mile.
• Capable of making informed decisions regarding customized rewards and player requests within company policies.
• Able to manage multiple player accounts and requests concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
