This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review final decisions and modification calculations performed by Underwriters.

• Verify files for completeness and precision.

• Ensure files are organized and stored according to company policies and procedures.

• Confirm that Fiserv tasks are executed accurately.

• Monitor errors and/or issues to recognize trends and training opportunities.

• Deliver error reports to management to evaluate potential process adjustments for optimizing results.

• Provide training for incoming new hires.

• Act as a leader for peers and assist the supervisor and manager with special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in loss mitigation, specifically in Underwriting, QC, HRD, or Auditing, is required!
