Loss Mitigation Closing Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversees the daily operational functions of skilled, non-exempt, and potentially exempt employees who are responsible for routine tasks within a traditionally recognized department or functional area of the organization.

• Prepares and administers employee performance evaluations and delivers continuous performance feedback in collaboration with management.

• Recommends candidates for hiring.

• Aids in all aspects of personnel management and goal setting for the designated functional area.

• Provides frequent status updates and reports to the Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
