Loss Drafts Associate III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Handle 30–50 incoming calls each day from customers concerning property loss payments issued after approved insurance claims.

• Assist clients with check endorsements, property inspections, and special requests related to insurance payouts.

• Process requirements for loss drafts and property damage, including necessary documents, inspections, queues, and exceptions.

• Monitor and track claims to ensure proper processing and completion of repairs.

• Provide support to borrowers and contractors with updates on their claim files.

• De-escalate calls and manage complaints effectively.

• Oversee the disbursement of claim funds.

• Offer compassionate and professional assistance during sensitive property damage situations.

• Accurately log call details and actions into tracking systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Knowledge of claims processing.

• Ability to cross-train effectively.

• Strong customer communication skills.

• Detail-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in document validation.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Not available to residents of Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington state.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace free of distractions when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds.
