This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver expert Loss Control Services in line with company policies and procedures.
• Offer support services within the designated territory to facilitate the acquisition and retention of profitable business.
• Execute loss control services and training for clients aimed at minimizing losses.
• Sustain advanced professional capabilities in loss control support for workers' compensation products.
• Achieve risk enhancement by providing management consultation services.
• Formulate recommendations for hazard management.
• Assess and service commercial risks of varying sizes and complexities for workers' compensation coverage.
• Meet or surpass all service benchmarks.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 7 to 9 years of loss control experience with a major provider of workers' compensation insurance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation.
• Capacity to conduct training programs and sessions for clients.
• Fundamental understanding of underwriting and product management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines of insurance, engineering principles, loss control concepts, and safety standards and codes.
• Significant industry designations (e.g., Associate in Risk Management, Certified Engineering Technician, Certified Safety Professional) are advantageous.
• Proficient use of computers and software applications is required.
