
Long-Term Substitute Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Ensure uninterrupted instructional continuity that keeps students engaged, making progress, and connected during teacher absences and organizational changes.
β’ Establish strong connections with students and their families, rapidly fostering trust, confidence, and a sense of security during times of transition.
β’ Vigilantly monitor student engagement and progress, identifying struggling or disengaged learners early and implementing timely, personalized interventions that restore momentum.
β’ Provide prompt grading and constructive, impactful feedback that reinforces learning, acknowledges growth, enhances self-efficacy, and prepares students to tackle challenges with confidence.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field (mandatory)
β’ Teacher certification along with completion of an approved teacher preparation program (mandatory)
β’ Capability to secure Substitute Teacher certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and potentially other assigned states (mandatory)
β’ A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (preferred)
β’ At least 2 years of online teaching experience (preferred)
β’ Must pass required background checks (mandatory)
β’ 401(k) plan with employer contributing a dollar-for-dollar match of employee contributions up to 6% of the employee's earnings
