This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Manage a caseload of Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims independently from the initial intake to final resolution.
β’ Conduct initial and ongoing interviews with claimants to collect essential information for evaluating claims.
β’ Analyze intricate medical records and utilize tools to ascertain appropriate claim durations.
β’ Provide outstanding customer service by proactively recognizing needs and opportunities.
β’ A 4-Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor's).
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term disability claims that is directly related to the specific duties of this position.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
