Long Term Disability Claims Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims independently from the initial intake to final resolution.

• Conduct initial and ongoing interviews with claimants to collect essential information for evaluating claims.

• Analyze intricate medical records and utilize tools to ascertain appropriate claim durations.

• Provide outstanding customer service by proactively recognizing needs and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A 4-Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor's).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term disability claims that is directly related to the specific duties of this position.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
