This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for a designated geographic area and the effective promotion and expansion of Neurocrine products.
• Develops and manages long-standing relationships with physicians and other clients for targeted accounts within their assigned region.
• Represents Neurocrine brand(s) along with their approved indications.
• Facilitates product acceptance and growth through focused education and strategic account management.
• Implements territory sales strategies to achieve or surpass objectives through both in-person and virtual communications.
• Identifies and addresses opportunities and challenges specific to the territory that affect product success.
• Efficiently manages promotional resources and budget.
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers (Psychiatrists, Neurologists, NPs, PAs), clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs), key opinion leaders and advocacy groups, community mental health clinics and long-term care facilities, as well as local and regional payers and pharmacies.
• Establishes exceptional communication with internal partners such as managed care, marketing, patient access, medical science liaisons, and medical communications teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech or a related area.
• Over 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care, psychology, or neurology sales is highly preferred.
• Experience in close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly desired.
• Familiarity with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and various business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle database, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, Veeva, etc.) OR a Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of similar experience as noted above.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement landscapes.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and launch success within complex environments.
