πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create detailed project plans that encompass scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, project milestones, deliverables, and budget considerations. Implement projects to guarantee timely and budget-conscious completion.

β€’ Ensure transparent and consistent communication with clients, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments throughout each project phase. Offer regular status updates, set clear expectations, document decisions, and proactively address any issues.

β€’ Oversee all logistics activities related to projects, including transportation, inventory management, documentation, order flow, warehouse coordination, and carrier performance, ensuring all processes operate seamlessly.

β€’ Recognize potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies to avoid delays or complications. Appropriately escalate concerns and provide suggested solutions when project scope, timeline, cost, or service levels may be affected.

β€’ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project and deliver comprehensive reports on project outcomes, successes, and areas needing improvement. Leverage project data to identify trends, enhance processes, and bolster client and operational performance.

β€’ Discover opportunities to refine project workflows, communication, documentation, and team handoffs. Assist in establishing scalable processes that ensure consistent execution across logistics projects.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management, ideally in a 3PL setting.

β€’ Proven experience managing client-facing logistics projects, encompassing timelines, budgets, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

β€’ Experience in managing Logistics Solar Projects. Background in solar, renewable energy, or high-volume warehousing is preferred.

β€’ Capability to handle multiple projects at once in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

β€’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities, maintain project organization, and effectively communicate project progress with both internal and external stakeholders.
