This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Execute data entry tasks pertaining to logistics incidents.
• Communicate with transportation carriers via email and phone follow-ups.
• Engage with clients through email and phone follow-ups.
• Collect and arrange documentation relevant to incidents under examination.
• Summarize details and communicate essential facts clearly.
• Assess open incidents and apply corrective action plans to facilitate resolution.
• Identify and analyze trends within the client's market.
• Contribute to and lead discussions on materials shared during conference calls.
• Provide support to a global supply-chain incident-management team.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Familiarity with or the ability to swiftly learn Microsoft SharePoint.
• An associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear and concise communication abilities via email and phone.
