Logistics Coordinator, Nightshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to guarantee prompt delivery.

• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to address shipping challenges.

• Prepare and sustain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.

• Monitor shipments and offer regular status updates to pertinent stakeholders.

• Enhance transportation routes and shipping methods to boost efficiency and minimize costs.

• Ensure adherence to international, federal, and local shipping regulations.

• Maintain precise records within logistics systems such as ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination as needed.

• Support ongoing improvement efforts across logistics and supply chain functions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless and effective supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in US logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.

• Strong comprehension of shipping processes, freight terms, and logistics documentation.

• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar platforms.

• Experience collaborating with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations is a plus.

• Proficient in: ERP and Transportation Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar).

• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.

• Experience with shipping documentation and freight coordination.

• Knowledge of inventory tracking and logistics reporting.
