Logistics Coordinator – El Salvador, Nicaragua

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the process of container importation in collaboration with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, FDA, drayage companies, trucking services, and warehouse personnel.

• Oversee the coordination of order deliveries between the NILO warehouse, trucking firms, and customer distribution centers.

• Conduct audits and address inventory discrepancies at the warehouse level.

• Organize and schedule routes for field representatives and their store visits.

• Execute additional operational or administrative tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in operational and administrative roles

• Strong mathematical and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word and Excel)

• Proficiency in the English language
