This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between logistics and order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with Operations to schedule and dispatch equipment for various jobs.

• Address customer inquiries and direct technical questions to the appropriate resources.

• Uphold a professional and courteous relationship with customers.

• Manage the existing rental contract portfolio by ensuring timely renewal of assigned contracts, including escalation and upgrades.

• Secure necessary credit or legal approvals.

• Keep the trailer fleet current with DOT licensing requirements.

• Coordinate job start-ups and maintain communication with customers regarding scheduling for start-up and follow-up on ongoing or completed jobs.

• Generate invoices and bill customers accordingly.

• Ensure GPS units are maintained and monitored for functionality.

• Oversee the warranty administration process.

• Maintain OSHA logs accurately.

• Keep customer information and sales tracking up to date in Oracle and other systems (such as Salesforce.com), including work orders, new customer data, and freight costs for billing purposes.

• Guarantee the timely close-out of all work orders, ensuring all related paperwork (P.O., etc.) is collected and filed with the appropriate job documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.

• Proficiency with Salesforce or any other GPS-related software.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in logistics is preferred.
