Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Monitoring exceptions related to live shipments via Cryoport’s web portal and email notifications.

• Escalating any exceptions internally to Logistics Managers.

• Responding to and directing client and carrier communications within the organization.

• Engaging in external communications with carriers and clients throughout the shipment process.

• Conducting follow-ups through both written and verbal communication.

• Managing incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departments.

• Regular interaction with various internal departments such as Operations, Accounting, Management, Sales, and others.

• Performing administrative tasks that include, but are not limited to, data entry.

• Being prepared to take on additional duties as assigned.

• Willingness to work after hours and/or on weekends as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in General Logistics management and Customer Service is preferred.
