This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and reconcile precise asset records across various company data management systems, spreadsheets, and associated tools.

• Oversee intricate Excel-based datasets and macro-enabled workbooks that monitor equipment, vehicles, technology hardware, and other assets.

• Verify asset information, detect erroneous or inconsistent data, and implement timely corrections.

• Confirm serial numbers, asset identifiers, purchase orders, receiving documentation, locations, ownership, status, and deployment details.

• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and periodic reports that provide visibility into fleet operations, performance metrics, and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust reports, dashboards, and datasets in alignment with business requirements.

• Identify chances to automate repetitive data entry, reporting, and dashboard functions.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with OEMs, dealerships, suppliers, logistics providers, project locations, storage facilities, and vendors.

• Monitor deliveries and asset movements, resolving any shipping, receiving, or location discrepancies.

• Facilitate asset transfers and mobilization between project sites, storage areas, vendors, and other destinations.

• Communicate with field personnel and internal teams to verify asset locations, movements, and statuses.

• Oversee the receipt of equipment, vehicles, technology hardware, and related assets.

• Assist with operational readiness tracking, inventory audits, and asset reconciliation efforts.

• Maintain documentation for receiving, asset creation, transfers, and audit requests throughout the asset lifecycle.

• Convert detailed asset and operational data into actionable information for stakeholders.

• Present or clarify data, reporting, and asset statuses to field teams, program management, finance, and senior executives.

• Collaborate across functions and regions to address data issues and enhance dashboards and reports.

• Conduct routine data validation and quality assurance checks.

• Uphold standardized documentation, filing, and data management protocols.

• Enhance asset tracking, logistics workflows, reporting processes, and data quality.

• Monitor KPIs such as receiving turnaround time, data accuracy and completeness, deployment status, inventory reconciliation, and location accuracy.

• Travel approximately 25%-30%, which includes visits to construction sites in Texas and Ohio, as well as potentially to dealer locations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in data management, logistics, inventory management, asset management, supply chain, fleet operations, reporting, or related coordination roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including nested formulas, VLOOKUP or similar lookup functions, data validation, and managing large or complex spreadsheets.

• Basic knowledge of macro-enabled Excel workbooks and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is highly preferred.

• Experience in creating, maintaining, or enhancing operational dashboards and recurring reports.

• General familiarity with ERP, CSM, or similar enterprise data management systems.

• Capability to function in partially manual tracking environments.

• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

• Capacity to communicate effectively across a global organization that spans multiple time zones.

• Approximately 25%-30% travel is required.

• Interest in construction equipment, fleet operations, asset management, or technology-driven operations.
