• Overseeing the entire order lifecycle, guaranteeing precise fulfillment, timely execution, cost efficiency, and appropriate documentation.

• Effectively addressing shipping disruptions, including delays, lost shipments, customs holds, and compliance challenges.

• Collaborating with manufacturing and repair vendors to track order status and manage returns.

• Working alongside internal teams to communicate timelines, resolve and highlight inventory discrepancies, and enhance fulfillment speed.

• Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics related to order accuracy, on-time delivery, and vendor reliability.

• Creating ad hoc reports to manage orders in the queue as they reach designated milestones.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping.

• Proven experience in fulfillment/order management and the complete logistics process.

• Familiarity with customs documentation, Incoterms, and global freight operations.

• Proficient in Excel and analytical skills, with experience in working across various systems (ERP, WMS, tracking tools).

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
