This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Execute Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions for the United States Coast Guard.
• Organize, schedule, coordinate, and estimate intricate tasks related to design, development, acquisition, and maintenance.
• Ensure that systems and equipment meet the necessary readiness and sustainability requirements at a cost-effective life cycle expense.
• Formulate and guarantee that requirements and implementation strategies align with logistics directives and supportability standards.
• Conduct and coordinate thorough analyses to incorporate support considerations into planning and design methodologies.
• Assess deliverables for technical adequacy.
• Assist in the development of logistics acquisition milestone requirements.
• Review and continually refresh Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) for acquisition initiatives.
• Execute logistics engineering analyses, including Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and sparing/provisioning models.
• Collect Bill of Material data to facilitate Supply Item Change Records submission into inventory management.
• Develop, establish, and sustain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) utilizing MS Project.
• Monitor acquisition, engineering, and logistics milestones against deployment timelines.
• Conduct analyses of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and obsolescence concerning legacy aviation components.
• Utilize WCC portal, PACT tool, Webflis, NATO, and Cage site applications.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of experience in Integrated Product Support and sustainment programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Military Documentation Standards (MILSTD).
• Self-motivated individual capable of collaborating effectively with others.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• An associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience in government provisioning, cataloguing, and parts quality assurance is preferred.
• Preferred experience of 5-9+ years in a related field.
• Background in Provisioning, Configuration Management, Ship Logistics, Design Interface Support, and Training is preferred.
• Coast Guard or military experience with an engineering technician or IT background is preferred.
