Locum Breast Radiologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge in the detection and diagnosis of breast-related conditions.

• Oversee and analyze breast imaging studies, including diagnostic mammography and breast ultrasound.

• Provide precise diagnostic reports.

• Work collaboratively with the Medical Director and technologists to enhance imaging protocols.

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and peer review processes.

• Advise technologists on breast imaging protocols.

• Stay updated on advancements in breast imaging technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a proficient radiologist.

• At least 5 years of experience in breast imaging.

• Must be a licensed radiologist in British Columbia.

• Hold a valid Certificate of Registration with the College.

• Possess medical liability insurance coverage through CMPA.

• Proficient in using EMR, PACS, and RIS systems.

• Experience with ultrasound-guided breast interventional procedures is considered an asset.
