Localization Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate localization content workflows across various systems and sources

• Upload and manage content within Crowdin

• Ensure appropriate structuring, consistency, and preparedness of content for localization

• Distribute and forward content from Crowdin to translation vendors

• Track project progress, timelines, and quality of delivery across localization pipelines

• Work together with internal stakeholders and localization teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management or Localization Operations

• Practical experience with localization workflows and CMS tools

• Demonstrated ability to manage structured content workflows and integrate multi-source content

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple concurrent content streams

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and utilizing remote collaboration tools

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, production-focused environment with overlapping time zones
